Site work for a water / sewer project in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Provide rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer pipelines using Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining method. Engineers estimate is $500,000.00 The work generally includes, but is not limited to providing rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer pipelines by installing a continuous Cured-in-Place Thermosetting Resin Sewer Pipe (CIPP). All existing service laterals shall be remotely reinstated. The work also consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances as indicated in the plans and specifications. Bids received after the time established for receiving bids will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the Owner's judgment, the lowest responsive responsible bid of a bidder or group of bidders. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid and to delete certain items listed in the bid as set forth therein. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5-percent) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100-percent) of the contract price. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The Work will be Substantially Completed 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
