The SHDM is a financially autonomous, non-profit paramunicipal organization, mandated by the City of Montreal. DESCRIPTION: The mandate consists of carrying out stripping and asbestos removal work inside a building located at 1231 De Maisonneuve Boulevard East in Montreal. GUARANTEE AND INSURANCE: The bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee worth 10% of the total cost of the bid and be valid for 90 days. A performance bond and a bond for pledges, materials and services, each worth 50% of the total value of the Contract to be entered into, including applicable taxes, as well as general civil liability insurance in the minimum amount of 5,000 $000 and comprehensive site insurance will be required when the Contract is awarded.
