Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 2,618-square-foot, one-story above grade military facility.
The purpose of the project is to renovate/repair Bldg. 849 Room D10 to improve the Computer Room Air Conditioner (CRAC) cooling efficiency. The project will require demo and construction per the 100-percent construction drawings, specifications, and associated contract documents. Including but not limited to framing, drywall, paint, flooring, roofing repair, misc steel, raised access flooring, electrical, Vindicator door controls, HM doors and frames, etc. Questions resulting from this FOPR, or site visit, shall be in writing and submitted no later than 16 Feb 1000 hours Mountain Time to Rony Exantus 617-961-2281 Rony.exantus@us.af.mil and Chandler Johnson 801-586-2778 chandler.johnson.2@us.af.mil 1.4.1 The build contractor shall demo/build bldg. 849 Rm. D10 server room per the provided 100% designed construction ready drawings titled "KRSM849_233562_100% Drawings.pdf", "KRSM849_233562_100% Construction Package.", and other provided documents including revised drawing sheets. The 100% drawings, specs, Design Analysis, and CAD files will all be found inside the "KRSM849_233562_100% Construction Package.
