Provide one cubic foot, bundled firewood to Tacoma Power Parks. The product (Firewood) shall be one cubic foot, securely wrapped bundles, containing quality pieces, dry and free of rot. Historic data suggests that consumption would be between 60 - 120 cords (7,680-15,360 Bundles) per year between all four locations. This is an estimate; the actual amount will be based on demand of product number sold. Vendor will need to self-monitor and deliver on an as needed basis, communicating directly with park supervisors for firewood needs and deliveries. Project Scope: Three-year contract for the supply of firewood bundles delivered to four (4) different Tacoma Power Parks locations. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. One in the main campground and one in the group campground. Taidnapam Park, 117 Cayuse Ln., Glenoma, WA 98336 (By the Champion Haul Rd., off HWY 12) Each vendor will be required to stack the firewood bundles into the woodshed locations throughout the park locations
