The Contractor(s) shall design, fabricate and deliver precast concrete box culverts for projects in Prince Edward, Halifax and Pittsylvania Counties, VA., per the specifications of this solicitation. This IFB will be awarded on a PER LOT basis. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to design, fabricate and deliver precast concrete box culverts for project sites in Prince Edward, Halifax and Pittsylvania Counties, per the solicitation specifications and sketches. PERIOD OF CONTRACT FOR LOT ONE: From date of award through June 18, 2024 (nonrenewable) PERIOD OF CONTRACT FOR LOT TWO: From date of award through June 5, 2024 (nonrenewable) PERIOD OF CONTRACT FOR LOT THREE: From date of award through May 29, 2024 (nonrenewable) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Sandra Mullins at Sandra.Mullins@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on March 13, 2024. A Pre-Bid conference will not be held for this solicitation.
