Commodity Code(s): 91377 DOLI Project Number VDOT-25-0090 The Contractor shall apply a pipe liner to the inside of the existing structures. The scope of work shall include cleaning and preparing the existing pipe, installing and removing cofferdams and pump operations for handling water, application of the liner, inspection and testing of liner and water quality testing. The bid pricing shall also include all materials, tools, labor, any traffic control needed, all disposal costs incurred and any incidentals required to perform the work. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Robert Dowdle at Robert.Dowdle@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EDT on June 5, 2025.
