Reference Number 0000338600 The City of Fort Collins is requesting bids from firms for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform all work, in accordance with the plans, specifications and other documents for the installation or replacement of standard meter boxes or meter pits to be added to existing water services lines at various locations throughout the City. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Local Service Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % -- Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total Bid must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. Question Deadline 03/12/2024 at 3:00 PM MT All questions should be submitted, preferably in writing via email, to Pat Johnson, CPPB, Senior Buyer at pjohnson@fcgov.com, No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of ninety (90) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. *The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
