These rooms serve as crucial spaces for both in-person and virtual activities, including training sessions, collaborative activities, and board meetings. Each room is 500 sq ft. approximately 20'x25'. To address these needs and enhance the capabilities of our multi-purpose central room, we are seeking to harness the advanced features of the Q-SYS platform or comparable. Q-SYS stands out as a fully integrated, software-based solution, eliminating the requirement for analog endpoints. This not only ensures a cost-effective approach but also provides scalability for effectively setting up and controlling various room types. By adopting the Q-SYS platform or comparable solution, we aim to establish a versatile and scalable solution for audio, video, and control that is tailored to meet district-wide needs.
