Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Start/Delivery Date July 2016 Project Duration Multi-Year Q&A Deadline 03/21/2024 5:00 PM (PST) Purpose South Coast Water District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Proposers capable of performing districtwide janitorial services for twelve (12) separate buildings at seven (7) different facilities. The objective of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of the proposed term. The term of the agreement is for three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional one year terms. The District reserves the right to make multiple awards if doing so serves the best interest of the District.
