The Central Contra Costa Sanitary District is requesting quotations from registered, licensed, qualified, experienced, and reputable for Inspection of Storage Tanks at District facility. The Contractor shall provide all labor, plant, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for Inspection of Storage Tanks. Question Deadline 03/14/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All questions and comments concerning this Request for Quotations should be submitted online. Pursuant to Civil Code 9550, for work involving an expenditure of greater than $25,000 Contractor will be required to furnish before commencement of work, a Payment Bond, conforming to the contract documents and issued by a California admitted surety, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract. The Payment Bond must be provided within ten (10) consecutive calendar days of award of contract. Failure to furnish the required bond within the time allowed may result in termination of the Contract. The District reserves the right to reject any quotation if the evidence submitted by or investigation of such bidder fails to satisfy the District that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of a contract and to deliver the goods or services contemplated herein or; the quotation of any bidder who has previously failed to perform properly, or complete on time, contracts of a similar nature. Any material misrepresentation or material falsification of information provided to the District in the quotation submission, or at any point in the quotation evaluation process is basis for rejection of the quotation. In the event that the misrepresentation or falsification is not discovered until after any agreement is awarded, the agreement may be terminated at that time. A determination as to whether a misrepresentation or falsification of the quotation submission is material shall be made solely in the exercise of the District's sound discretion.
