Number: AC-STBG-NHPP-000B(849)E Description: This project, located in Montgomery County includes full depth and partial depth patching. This work may also include bridge decks, and bridge approaches. Work will be performed as directed by the Engineer and may or may not be on a continual basis. Except for emergency conditions, it is unlikely that work will be scheduled for the months of November through March. At certain times, the Administration may request work to be completed at locations in Prince George's County. The Contractor has the option to accept or decline such requests. The work will consist of the following: (a) Full Depth Patching (b) Partial Depth Patching This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. Special attention is directed to GP-5.06, Cooperation Between Contractors. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00. The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
