. The project consists of all necessary prep to perform the indicated work in the following areas: Tower High School 1. Installation of seven (7) new direct replacement gas/DX Rooftop Air Handling Units (RTUs) of various sizes, provided by others, per the bid documents prepared by Ameresco. 2. Penthouse Mechanical Room: AHU-22 replacement and addition of return air ductwork per the documents prepared by Ameresco. 3. Pool Mechanical Room: AHU-28 and AHU-29 Existing Locker Room Unit replacements per the documents prepared by Ameresco. The right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process is reserved by the Owner, which right may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Owner. Such cash, checks, or bid bonds will be returned to all except the three lowest bidders for each contract within five (5) days after the opening of bids, and the remaining cash, checks, or bid bonds will be returned promptly after the Owner and the accepted bidders have executed the Contract, or if no award has been made, within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening of bids, upon demand of the bidder at any time thereafter, so long as he has not been notified of the acceptance of his bid.
