Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Vass, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Vass is requesting bids for the design of the following project: Town of Vass Safe Pedestrian Connections. The selected firm will be responsible for the design of 3 miles of sidewalks and crosswalks that connect to the current pedestrian infrastructure network in the town. This project will expand the walkability and livability of our community. Completion of the Town of Vass Sidewalk Improvement Project design should be completed no later than six months from the contract award date. Any interested firms whose timeline may exceed the six-month mark are still encouraged to participate and may present their proposal indicating the reason why it is necessary for their suggested timeline to exceed the six-month allotted time. Responses will be posted on online This project is funded by a grant through the North Carolina Department of Commerce. Respondents will not be compensated for time spent preparing responses to this RFQ The Town of Vass has the right to cancel the procurement at any time for any reason before the contract is fully executed and approved on behalf of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
