Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vass, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed project includes the connection of up to 13 residences in the Vass area to Moore County's wastewater collection system and the abandonment of existing septic tanks at each of these residences. Connection includes installation of sewer drain lines from the exterior of existing homes to cleanout by others at the street or sewer right of way/easement, including lateral piping, cleanouts, and surface restoration such as seeding and straw, landscaping, and driveway and walk repairs. Est. Value: $ 350,000.00 Question Deadline 09/24/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered by either mail or approved electronic means to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered All project related questions are to be submitted in writing to david.honeycutt@mcgillassociates.com.
