The Specific Work Includes: Furnishing All Labor, Means and Methods, Materials Demo of the Existing Mechanical Equipment, Electrical Infrastructure Changes, Damaged Dropped Ceilings and Installation of New Air Makeup Unit. Materials and/or Work Not Specifically Mentioned Which Are Necessary in Order to Provide a Complete Project Shall Be Included in the Bid and Shall Conform to All Local, State, and Federal Requirements in Accordance With the Requirements, Terms, Specifications, Conditions, and Provisions Hereinafter Contained.
