All references contained herein to "county" means Jackson County. This Request, together with all pages, documents, and attachments contained herein or subsequently added or made a part hereof, submitted as a fully and properly executed bid, constitute a contract with Jackson County, subject to the limitations set forth herein and any specific quantities that Jackson County may commit to herein and the successful and most responsible bidder, as determined by Jackson County. This is to ensure fair consideration for all interested vendors. The County prohibits communications to or with any other employee at the departmental level during the submission and evaluation period.
