Remove existing food service equipment, remove existing quarry tile flooring and existing mud bed, install new sloped mud setting bed, install new urethane mortar flooring system with protective aspartic coating, install new stainless steel floor and wall liners at the existing kettle area, and reinstall existing food service equipment. The existing quarry tile flooring has been repaired several times and the grout is again deteriorating from the heavy usage and cleaning. The scope includes the following: Removal and reinstallation of existing food service equipment, which includes recertification of equipment as necessary. Removal of existing quarry tile and existing mud setting bed. Removal of a portion of masonry wall. Installation of new sloped mud setting bed. Preparation of existing concrete slabs. Installation of new urethane mortar resinous flooring and aspartic protective coating. Installation of formed stainless steel floor and wall panels at the existing kettle location. (b). The entire kitchen, coolers, freezers, and portion of the dining room will be vacated for this work. (c). The work is required once the kitchen is closed to be completed and back into full operation within 45 calendar days.
