Work Description - The Work, to recover approximately 57,100 square feet of existing ballasted EPDM roofs on Housing Units 1-5 with new with new rigid recovery insulation, new single ply membrane, including all flashings and sheet metal. The site is located at 1576 W Bluewater Hwy, Ionia, MI 48846, as shown on the Drawings. ORS#: ORS-000675 Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
