Reference Number 0000345092 The City of Lafayette is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the removal and replacement of playground equipment at two (2) of our parks with the goal of project completion in the Fall of 2024. All equipment must be in compliance with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines. The City will base the award decision on various factors including but not limited to, vendor experience, ages served, inclusiveness, overall theme, and quality of equipment. The contract work to be performed consists of furnishing all required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts, and supplies necessary for the removal of old playground equipment, EWF and poured in place fall material, design and install new playground equipment, safety surface installation at TWO park locations: Cherrywood Park & Ofelia Miramontes Park. Please bid each site separately. The City's total budget for both locations is $265,000.00.
