The City of Huntsville is accepting solicitations for various road materials in accordance with Local Government Code Chapter 252. The City of Huntsville is aware of the time and effort you expend in preparing and submitting bids and proposals to the City. Please let us know of any solicitation requirements which are causing you difficulty in responding. We want to make the process as easy and painless as possible so that all responsible vendors can compete for the City's business. Questions Due to Procurement Manager - March 11, 2024 All questions concerning the solicitation should be directed to the Procurement Manager, Lucy Gonzalez at e-mail lgonzalez@huntsvilletx.gov. Upon mutual agreement of the parties and contingent upon City Council approval; contract may be extended for a period of one (1) additional year, from March 23, 2025, through March 22, 2026. A renewal contract should be signed by the City prior to expiration of the initial term and any subsequent term.
