The awarded respondent understands and agrees that work, installation or any other service performed without the prior written approval of the City is work outside of the scope of this contract and shall be performed exclusively at the risk and expense of the awarded respondent. Scope of Work There are no drawings available for this bid. However, the parking lot measures approximately 29,700 square feet. Bidders are encouraged to attend the non-mandatory site visit detailed below in order to take exact measurements and/or verify all measurements. This will be the only opportunity for inspection and measurements. Bidders are to provide a lump-sum bid to furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to clean the parking lot, apply crack sealer to cracks 1/2 " in width and below, apply asphalt sealer, restripe fifty (50) existing parking spaces, fire line and ADA as currently laid out.
