The move would support job growth within the area. Trustpar -- a full-service technology solutions provider in the Dayton and Cincinnati markets -- is looking to expand operations within the region. The firm applied for an Economic Development / Government Equity (ED/GE) funding to support its growth plan. Trustpar currently resides at 2242 W. Schantz Ave. in Dayton, but aims to move to a new, larger facility. "With plans to grow operations, there is an immediate need to move to a new location with additional space," reads the application. A contingent contract is being considered for a 9,000-square-foot facility on 3185 Elbee Road in Moraine. The property would add 6,700 square feet to support "much needed" additional office space in order to allow expanded operations. The city of Moraine currently works in the design phase with Michigan-based -- and Dayton-tied -- Fishbeck to replace the Elbee Road bridge which is immediately adjacent to the prospective site. The project has been committed in the 2026 CIP for completion at an estimated cost over $700,000. The total budget for the project is anticipated to reach over $100,000. Expenditures include $25,000 for window installation; $10,000 for cabling; $5,000 for a server room; $10,000 for lobby renovation; $25,000 for equipment and furniture; $20,000 for security access control; and $5,000 for signage. Trustpar is requesting $25,000 in ED/GE funds. "The move to the new office will support anticipated growth and retain our operations in the county," said the application. The firm's current growth strategy supports the addition of seven new employees through 2028 with an additional $704,000 in payroll annually. These new positions will be in IT, sales and administration. Trustpar will retain 14 jobs with an annual payroll totaling over $1 million. If the project goes through, Trustpar will move to its new location in January. Renovations will commence in February and wrap up in early 2026.
