Site work for a water / sewer project in Surrey, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Deconstruct the North and South sections of the Expo Deck structures. This work will be completed over multiple capital plans. The Program includes all necessary modifications and removals, as well as rerouting of the existing pedestrian and cyclist transportation network impacted by the deconstruction work. The Program does not include the East Section of the Expo Deck. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to solicit responses from an engineering consultant company with the qualifications, resources, and experience required to provide design and construction contract administration services for the Expo Deck Deconstruction Program (the "Program") has closed and a recommendation to award the contract was made. The Consultant is expected to complete Detailed Design and Permitting by mid-2026, and oversee deconstruction in 2027-2032. Deconstruction may need to be completed in phases, due to potential budget constraints. *Cost estimate is unconfirmed at this time.
