The bid price shall include but is not limited to all: profit/overhead, general operating administrative, freight and all other expenses necessary to provide the item listed in the Bid Worksheet. No other amount will be paid to the vendor. In preparing its Bid, the Contractor shall not include with the Bid any stipulation(s) or qualification(s). The MAA shall reject any Bid that contains stipulations and qualifiers and proceed to the next lowest, responsive bid from a responsible bidder. Award may be made in whole or in part at the States discretion. Quotes are irrevocable for 90 days following bid opening. If lead times are not met, the MDOT MAA reserves the right to cancel or to accept the item at a discounted price negotiated at time of occurrence or at the restocking price, whichever is determined between both parties.
