Site work for a water / sewer project in Ventura, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
CHIS/334674, ERFO Repairs to Storm Santa Rosa Island Pier Services includes in this Task Order including the removal, replacement, and disposal of storm damaged pier components. Replacement of the pier components can be via purchase or fabrication/welding of components. Metal grinding will be required to remove brackets and railing panels. The design for the fabrications of the replacement deck panels, railing panels, and flanges will be based on the As-Constructed Drawings and Specifications for the Santa Rosa Island Pier Replacement Project (PMIS 06226) and the Detailed Damage Inspection Report (DDIR), refer to Attachment for Supporting documents to the Solicitation. A debris containment system must be installed prior to any demolition or fabrication to prevent any materials from falling into open water below the pier. All work shall be performed under a single contract. Estimated Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 Pre-proposal questions shall be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the due date and time for proposals. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
