Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ventura, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The District intends to select a single Architectural Services firm to provide a design professional team for the duration of the planning, design, and construction of the Project. The selected firm will report directly to District representatives as determined by the District and will work in conjunction with the PM/CM. The architectural team shall provide the following services: Program Verification On-site Campus Design Charrettes (minimum 3) Attendance and presentation at 2 community meetings Cost estimating and reconciliation (SD/DD/50% CD) Project meeting notes and recordings 3D renderings (minimum 3) DSA coordination and processing Concept design Charrettes (minimum 3 optional layouts) Schematic Design Design Development Construction Documents Review of Bid Documents Construction Administration Project Closeout (Warranties/Guarantees and DSA) The complete scope of services contemplated by the District is reflected in the Agreement for Architectural Services attached hereto as Exhibit A. In the event of a conflict between the description of scope of services in the RFQ/P and the Agreement for Architectural Services, the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Architectural Services will control Pre-Proposal Questions Due: March 28, 2024 by 3:00 PM (PST)
