Offeror having alternate proposals to meet these needs, may, after responding to the minimum requirements hereunder, offer alternate service levels for consideration by the County. Contractors must respond to Section 3.0 Scope of Work/Requirements Questionnaire Q - 49IQ as well as Bid Table BT-38IW. Scope of Work Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, incidentals, and supplies necessary for the satisfactory performance of the Weed Abatement services discussed in this section for specified property owners in the County of Ventura. The focus of Weed Abatement Services is to provide a defensible space. Defensible space refers to an area around the perimeter of structures or developments in the Wildland Urban Interface Area, which are key points of defense/attack against encroaching wildfires or escaping, structure fires. County reserves the right to reject any proposal based upon Offeror prior history with County or with any other party, which documents, without limitation, unsatisfactory performance, adversarial or contentious demeanor, significant failure(s) to meet contract milestones or other contractual failures. " The work must commence no later than June 1, 2024, and be completed by August 31, 2024.,
