The Corporation of the Township of Langley (the "Township") is seeking Request for Statements of Qualifications (the "RSOQ") for the East & West Munday Creek Slope Stabilization Project . All interested parties (each, a "Respondent") are invited to submit a response and are required to demonstrate experience and knowledge specific to: Slope Stabilization/restoration works on steep terrains Working in environmentally sensitive areas within and about on Class A ("red coded") fish bearing streams Bypass pumping of large flows, management of sediment laden water, and erosion control Working with Environmental Monitors to implement requirements of environmental specifications and/or Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) Timely completion of past projects, particularly to completion of works within the construction window limitations in compliance with BC Water Sustainability Act (WSA) requirements Question Deadline 03/25/2024 Inquiries should be made no later than three [3] working days before Closing Date and Time.
