PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work is located at the Shelter (Multi-Services Center), 525 5th Street, cross street Bryant, in San Francisco. Site work includes path of travel improvements, sidewalk repair. Exterior work includes rooftop equipment replacement, alterations to related exposed ductwork. Interior work includes renovation of commercial kitchen, restrooms and shower rooms, utility rooms, offices, and other accessory spaces, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The Shelter will be occupied and open during the Work of this Contract.
