Project Completion: Within 6 month After Notice to Proceed The work shall commence no later than five (5) working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Failure to diligently pursue the work may result in the termination of Contract by the District. The time for completion of this contract shall be within one month after the Notice to Proceed unless District approves a time extension. The work shall be scheduled for the earliest completion possible and the shortest on-site construction time possible. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Liquidated damages shall be $500.00 for each calendar day delay, per County Standard Construction Specifications Section 7-15, beyond "Project Completion" final date The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularity in proposals received. The successful proposer will provide all required parts and retrofit installation service per the SacSewer drawing package in Appendix A for a fully operational replacement of the VFD including: 1. Carefully disconnect and remove the existing internal VFD boards/circuits and related parts, and provide them to the District wrapped in anti-static wrapping and packaged with labeling. It will be used as spare parts for similar units at other pump station sites. 2. Relocate/reused existing parts to make room for the new drive and rewire per SacSewer drawing sets. 3. Provide and install the new VFDs. 4. Provide startup services, testing and commissioning a proper working VFD system. 5. Provide as-built markups on the SacSewer drawing sets, including the relocated existing parts (attach additional sheet if needed for the final locations in the cabinet). 6. Provide O&M manuals and warranties outlined for the supplied equipment Project Completion: Within 6 month After Notice to Proceed.
