**As of April 30, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The proposed project consists of the construction of a 500-gpm iron and manganese removal water treatment facility. The work to be performed under the provisions of these contract documents consists of furnishing labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to install designated infrastructure improvements, including all appurtenances, testing and disinfection, and site restoration. The Contractor will commence and complete the construction of Water System Improvements, Contract 2 -Water Treatment Facility 2. The Contractor will furnish all of the materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor and other services necessary for the construction and completion of the Project described herein. 3. The Contractor will commence the work required by the Contract Documents within Ten (10) consecutive calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed and will complete the same within Two Hundred Forty (240) consecutive calendar days unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents
