It is preferred if the new units to be installed, will be of Equal or Greater value of Trane, Carrier, and York units. The new units installed shall meet or exceed a 16 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) rating. The selected Contractor will be responsible for all the work required to provide a complete, 100% turn-key installation. Contractor will be responsible to leave each jobsite clean with all debris removed from site and properly disposed. Warranty information must be included with the submitted bid. It is preferred that the units, parts, and coil assemblies include the same terms (length) of warranty.
