Partial Reroofing of Johnsburg High School Payment of Prevailing Wages is Required for This Project. This Project is Tax Exempt. The Board of Education of Community Unit School District 12 Reserves the Right To Reject Any and All Proposals or Waive Any Bid Irregularities. Bidders Failing to Demonstrate a Thorough Understanding of The Project and the Existing Conditions May Be Rejected. Questions may be directed to: Tom Schwartz, Director of Operations for Johnsburg Community Unit School District at 815-388-5965. If there are inquiries during the bidding process, the contact is David Gillespie at Gillespie Design Group, per contact provided on Title Sheet. Any request received prior to Friday, March 22, 2024, at 5:00 PM, that is required to have an interpretation, will be answered in writing by Tuesday, March 26, 2024, as an Addendum. The Work included in this project shall consist of the removal of the existing roof and insulation to the existing deck, an area of approximately 22,750 SF, as well as miscellaneous work as described in the attached drawings. Work includes new insulation, tapered and non-tapered, roof membrane and accessories, flashing for all roof penetrations, curbs, and parapets, and associated improvements as required to provide a complete roof installation in accordance with the Contract Documents
