Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope, and labeled with "Johnsburg Elementary School Playground Bid-22", the date and time of the bid opening and the Contractor's name and address. This Project is Tax Exempt. The Board of Education of Community Unit School District 12 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities. Equipment specifications and quantities are detailed below. All products to be manufactured by Miracle Products. No substitutions will be accepted. Equipment will be purchased as one lot with no exceptions. Low bid for the total cost of all listed items will determine the winning bid. The bids must include the cost of freight as well as the assistance and direction in a community build. The project must include all costs to deliver a complete project. Images below contain all structures to be included within the bid.
