Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Marshfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope includes but is not limited to Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Damp Proofing, and Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Painting, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, Electrical Work. The work under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the facility upgrades of the Plymouth Avenue Pump Station. The work will include: replacement of process mechanical equipment, piping, and appurtenances; replacement of existing chemical feed systems; installation of a new odor control system; installation of an exterior flood barrier; bypass pumping equipment and operations; traffic management; and associated site/civil, structural, architectural, process piping, instrumentation and controls, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical work to provide a fully functional sewer pump station as specified in the Contract Documents.
