DASNY is soliciting bids for full roof replacement in Buildings 62 and 62A at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center. The existing building is an occupied multiple story building. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Full roof replacement of existing built-up and EPDM roof system for a full SBS Modified Bitumen system Hazardous Material Removals Exterior closures, including walls, parapets, railings and doors Removal and reinstallation of bar grating for roof top units to perform roof work Site restoration Once Construction Contracts will be awarded for this project: General Construction (CR #3), with a base estimate value between $6,240,000 and $6,900,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and shall provide to the Owner on the Minimum Qualifications Form a list of five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years. Projects with complex technical specification sections may require additional experience in terms of both time as well as number of similarly completed projects.
