directly or indirectly interested in said proposal, or any portion thereof. BACKGROUND
Poquoson City Public Schools (PCPS) is located on the Virginia Peninsula, in the Hampton Roads
metropolitan area and serves approximately 2200 students. PCPS currently has one primary school
for grades PreK-2, one elementary school for grades 3-5, one middle school for grades 6-8, and one
high school for grades 9-12.
