CR Number: 2107433 Contract term: 5 Years Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority ("BPCA"), a New York State public benefit corporation created pursuant to New York State Public Authorities Law, is seeking to retain a firm to provide BPCA with Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, Call Button and On-Call Repair Services at various locations in Battery Park City in Lower Manhattan (the "Project"), as more fully set forth in the Request for Proposals and its attachments.. For purposes of this procurement, the Organization hereby establishes a goal of 15% for Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE) participation and 15% for Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE) participation. For purposes of this procurement, the Organization hereby establishes a goal of 6% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation. New York State-certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE"), Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises ("SDVOB") are encouraged to submit Proposals. Deadline to submit questions to BPCA: March 18, 2024, 4:00 p.m. BPCA's response to substantive questions will be posted to BPCA's website, online, by the end of the day on March 25, 2024. This request for Proposals, including attachments, exhibits, and any amendments or addenda (collectively, the "RFP") is subject to the rights reserved by BPCA, including, but not limited to BPCA's right to: Reject any or all Proposals received in response to this RFP; Withdraw the RFP at any time, at BPCA's sole discretion; Make an award of the resulting contract associated with this RFP (the "Contract"), in whole or in part; Disqualify any Proposer whose conduct and/or Proposal fails to conform to the requirements of this RFP; BPCA reserves the right to cancel or withdraw in whole or in part this RFP at its sole discretion. Proposers will be notified in the event the RFP is cancelled via the BPCA website.
