Site work for a water / sewer project in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: 1. Electrical and SCADA modifications and additions to existing Well No. 2, Well No. 3, and Well No. 4 facilities. 2. Addition of a standby generator at Well No. 3. 3. Addition of a variable frequency drive for the existing well and booster pump and addition of a booster pump at Well No. 4. 4. Replacement of existing antenna mast at the Municipal Service Building. 5. Replacement of existing pumps and motor control panel at Trillium Lift Station along with a portable generator. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
