The installation of three (3) permanent diesel-powered generators; one (1) located at the Airport, one (1) at the Road & Bridge Office and one (1) at the Transfer Station including all electrical work and two (2) concrete generator foundations Questions and Clarifications. Project-related activities must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations of granting entities, which may include the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Texas Texas General Land Office (GLO), Department of Health (TDH), and/or the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Federal Department of Emergency Management (FEMA), Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM), and perhaps others, in conjunction with the County's requirements. All contractors must have an excellent understanding of the documentation involved for the reimbursement through granting entities to make the process of cost recovery efficient and accurate. The processes and documentation required will be in strict compliance with applicable requirements. All contracts must meet rules for federal grants, as provided for in Title 44 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 13, (13.36, Procurement) in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program
