The District reserves the right to conduct interviews or make a selection based upon its evaluation of submittals. Proposers will not be reimbursed for any costs related to the preparation and submittal of responses to this RFQ. The District is an equal opportunity employer and encourages minority consulting firms to apply. Criteria for Selection of Architect: 1. Experience of consultant with similar projects in the area. (0-60 points) 2. School district references. (0-20 points) 3. Statement of approach to design and construction process that are similar in scope to our district and future projects as described in our February 2024 Capital Levy. These projects may include but are not limited to projects such as tennis courts, athletic facilities, roofing projects, secure entrances, and/or HVAC projects with documented customer satisfaction. (0-20 points). Each submittal must include: 1. Statement of approach to design and construction process. 2. Proposed team members resumes. 3. Experience with school construction in Washington State and OSPI process. This may include but are not limited to projects such as tennis courts, athletic facilities, roofing projects, secure entrances, and/or HVAC projects with documented customer satisfaction. 4. Three school district client references.
