Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 49,357-square-foot, two-story above grade library; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of architectural, civil, landscape, irrigation, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work as indicated on the Bidding Documents for Building Renovations and Site Improvements 2024. Work includes: o paving, sidewalk and storm drainage improvements including new plantings, landscaping, irrigation, new monument sign and flagpole. o main entry vestibule replacement with all glass automatic entrance door and curtainwall system. o public and staff restroom renovations throughout (first floor, second floor and lower level) . o second floor interior build-out of meeting room and quiet study spaces o selective window replacements . o partial roof replacement . o miscellaneous other renovations throughout BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a Bid Bond (A310), certified check or cashier's check. BONDS: The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance & Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum prior to execution of Contracts. RIGHT TO REJECT BID PROPOSALS: The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. CONDITION OF AWARD: The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Contract awarded will be conditioned upon and subject to the completion of financing by the Owner in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of construction, plus all incidental expenses, and will be subject to termination without penalty or liability at the option of the Owner any time after the date of award, in the event the Owner shall determine that such financing cannot be completed. Accordingly, a Bidder, by submitting a bid, expressly states that he is familiar with the requirements of Indiana Code 36-1-12-6 and agrees he will grant the Owner 30 days to award a Contract.
