Reference Number 0000345107 The City of Loveland Department of Water and Power (City) is seeking a consultant to provide professional engineering services for the proposed Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Capacity Improvements project at the Loveland WRF. The primary goal of the project will be to improve and expand the secondary treatment process to meet the desired capacity of 12 MGD MMF and increase the organic capacity of the facility to 27,150 lb/day (peak month BOD loading). Additional project goals include increasing the longterm reliability and performance of several treatment processes as noted in the referenced gap analysis.
