Fencing and Signage Installation Schedule B: Additional Aggregate to Be Used in the Event of Conditions That Necessitate Over Excavation of Soil, Wet Weather Paving Sections or for Construction Vehicles Access as Approved on a Case-by-case Basis. The Contractor Shall Begin Work Within 30 Calendar Days of Receiving the Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion of All Work Must Be Achieved Within 210 Calendar Days From the Start of Work, and Final Completion Within 270 Calendar Days From the Start of Work. Other Requirements: No Proposal for a Construction Contract Shall Be Received or Considered by the City Unless the Firm is Registered With the Construction Contractors Board or is Licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board, as Applicable, as Specified in Oar 137-049-0230.
