The City Will Reject a if the der Fails to Submit the Disclosure Form With This Information by the Stated Deadline. Identification of Project: The Project Consists of Two Distinct Scopes of Work, Identified as Schedule a and Schedule B. Schedule a Constitutes the Base . Schedule B is a Single Additive Alternate. If the Tualatin Parks and Recreation Department Elects to Proceed With the Additive Alternate, All Work Under Schedule B Shall Be Completed Under the Same Mobilization and Within the Same Contract Time as Schedule a. Major Items of Work Consist of the Following: Schedule a: Construction of a Concrete Trail Section That Includes, Embankment, Excavation, Tree Removal, Retaining Wall Construction, and Grubbing and Clearing of Open Space Area. Installation of the Parking Lot Light With a Pge Service Connection. Existing Waterline Potholing and Depth Adjustment. Fencing and Signage Installation Schedule B: Additional Aggregate to Be Used in the Event of Conditions That Necessitate Over Excavation of Soil, Wet Weather Paving Sections or for Construction Vehicles Access as Approved on a Case-by-case Basis. The Contractor Shall Begin Work Within 30 Calendar Days of Receiving the Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion of All Work Must Be Achieved Within 210 Calendar Days From the Start of Work, and Final Completion Within 270 Calendar Days From the Start of Work. Other Requirements: No Proposal for a Construction Contract Shall Be Received or Considered by the City Unless the Firm is Registered With the Construction Contractors Board or is Licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board, as Applicable, as Specified in Oar 137-049-0230. Proposals Must Include a Signed Proposal Form and a Security in the Form of Either a Proposal Bond or Certified Check in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total . The City Reserves the Right to Make Changes to the Invitation to and the Contract Documents by Written Addenda Prior to the Closing. Construction of a concrete trail section, embankment, excavation, tree removal, retaining wall construction, grubbing and clearing of open space area, installation of parking lot light, existing waterline potholing, fencing, signage installation, and additional aggregate usage if needed A List of ders and Preliminary Totals Will Be Posted to the Portal Promptly After the Closing. The First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form Must Be Submitted Through the Portal No Later Than 4:00 Pm (Local Time), July 15, 2025 The bidder may submit written inquiry to the Engineer by 2:00 pm (local time) July 9, 2025.
