Site work for a water / sewer project in Tualatin, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 31, 2025, per owner, project is currently in the final design phase of the project, with a primary design consultant identified. A Contractor has not been selected yet. The tentative schedule is to bid for construction in fall of 2025 and start construction at the beginning of 2026. Engineering Design Services for the Water Reservoir & Pump Station at ASR Engineering, Public Engagement, and Construction Management the City of Tualatin is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services for the Reservoir & Pump Station at Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) Project. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
