Hot Mix Asphalt Surfacing on CTH-X from Gaslyn Road to Dongola Road Burnett County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in quoting or accepting quotations which best serves the interest of the County. Question Deadline 03/15/2024 The work shall consists of performing all work necessary for furnishing and installing Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) on CTH-X from Gaslyn Road to Fristed Road B. The County be reconstructing the road segment and will grade, compact, and moisture condition the aggregate base course prior to commencement of Contractor's final prep and finish grading operations. C. The Contractor shall be responsible for inspecting the structural integrity and grade of the base construction and shall notify the County if there are any areas of concern. The County will then perform subgrade corrections as needed and the Contractor shall reinspect the subgrade for acceptance prior to paving. Payment for such inspections shall be considered incidental to the "Final Prep and Shaping" bid items
