Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Furnish and install all materials and equipment and provide all labor required and necessary to complete the work shown on the drawings and/or specified in all Sections of Division 26 and all other work and miscellaneous items, not specifically mentioned, but reasonably inferred for a complete installation, including all accessories required for testing the system. It is the intent of the drawings and specifications that all systems be complete and ready for operation. Bids must be on the bid form and accompanied by a bid bond, with an Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount made payable to: Independent School District of Boise. The bid security is to become the property of the Owner in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth, as liquidated damages for the delay and additional expense to the Owner caused thereby. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required within 10 days after receipt of a properly prepared Agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. Cost of bonds shall be included in the contractor's bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non- responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality/irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
