900 S Reconductor. The information provided herein is intended to assist bidders in the preparation of proposals necessary to properly respond to this RFB. Bidders are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specification written herein. Spanish Fork City will not be liable for any costs bidders may incur in the preparation of bids.
