The purpose of this contract is to ensure that all roofs are well-maintained, promptly repaired, and kept in optimal condition to protect the Airport's assets and provide a safe environment for employees, passengers, and visitors. This Scope of Work outlines the requirements for as-needed roof repair and maintenance services at various buildings within Santa Barbara Airport ("Airport"). The initial contract will be for a one (1) year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid.
