This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Burlington, North Carolina. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Sealed proposals are being requested for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for lawn mowing and grounds maintenance of Burlington Housing Authority owned/managed properties. Contract effective date will be April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025 and renewed annually for (2) two additional (1) one-year periods if mutually acceptable to both parties. Each proposal must be on the Bid Form and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to Burlington Housing Authority. The name and address of Bidder must be plainly written on the outside of the envelope and the envelope marked "Bid for Performing Lawn and Grounds Maintenance". Note: All properties are going through comprehensive renovation/construction and cooperation will be expected with Construction Contractor concerning working around their equipment and being unable to mow certain areas periodically during their rehab. Bid Requirements, Bid Form, Specifications and Contract Documents will be available for pick up at the office of the Burlington Housing Authority. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities in proposals, and/ or to award contract as in its judgment is deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority. Our full intent is to engage a vendor that has sufficient equipment and manpower to fully accomplish this work as specified.
